By using ReferenceLock you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

ReferenceLock helps employees and companies request, verify, and share employment references. We provide the service "as is" and improve it continuously.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not submit fraudulent references, impersonate others, or attempt to attack or disrupt the service.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current period.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
